To ensure fairness and respect for everyone, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made within the following guidelines: 24-Hour Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). 12-Hour Notice Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the service(s). We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. If a true emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation with compassion and discretion. Our cancellation policy exists to honor the time reserved specifically for you and to support the livelihood of our wellness professionals, who prepare in advance for each appointment.
